Hi there from Canada,
I just wanted to say thank you for this blog. I am earlier in the process than you and relate to much of what you are saying (sh, abuse, abandonment, flashbacks, cptsd). I just met my inner child yesterday. My t is wonderful but I’ve felt so alone. Thank you for sharing do I can feel part of humanity again.
Hello Gayle,
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and commenting on it.
I am so sorry that you have had such horrendous experiences. I am glad that you have a good therapist, and hopefully, with time, you will be able to find ways of dealing with what happened to you. Meeting your inner child is a good step on the way.
I wish you all the very best on your journey.
xx
